Bought as a summer hat to replace a Tilley T5, which gave me a sweaty head. The Breezy allows far better circulation of air than any number of eyelet vents, and keeps my head cool in all but the hottest weather. Good wide brim keeps the sun out of my eyes, and the rain in case of sudden summer showers. OK, it's not waterproof by any stretch of the imagination, but better than no hat in the rain. In the sunshine, the Breezy is hard to beat.

I work overseas and bought this hat to wear at work in a very warm climate. It does what it claims to do... keeps the sun off your head and out of your eyes, but allows your head to keep cool. Utterly brilliant. (Posted on 25/10/2008)
